$200 payable at 3 months, $300 at 6 months and $500 at 1 year.
Must be employed at time of payout The Housekeeper/Janitorial position is responsible for maintaining the interior of the Travel Center.

Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs and retail space.
Notify management of customer complaints, as well as any concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the Travel Center complex meets company standards.
Maintain restrooms, checking for cleanliness and re-stocking supplies.
Detail cleaning of all restrooms once every other week.
Clean showers immediately after each use following Bosselman Shower Cleaning procedures.
Detail cleaning of each shower once every other week.
Complete entire work list each shift.
Keep all cleaning supplies stocked, labeled, and properly stored.
Each shift wipes down all equipment and game machines, thoroughly cleaning them once per week.
Practice all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
Providing friendly and competent customer service.
Reporting for work in a timely manner when scheduled.
Answer radio calls promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Ensure towels and cleaning rags are clean and folded and laundry has been processed.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):
General custodial experience preferred.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Must possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change when required.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
Must be well groomed and properly attired.
Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and any shift needed.
Must have reliable transportation and phone.
Must be able to communicate in English.
