Job Description:
The Warehouse Specialist will perform a wide range of warehouse functions.
Must be a self-starter, able to lift heavy objects, operate warehouse equipment and great communication skills among customers and team members.
Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
Good communication within White Castle & the community The ability to listen and understand information without clarification.
The ability to communicate clearly through a variety of channels such as phone, email and in person in order to ensure information is communicated to all necessary parties.
Maintain positive business relationships.
Seen as an individual people can go to with help Driven for results - goal oriented and follow through Trusted to achieve goals successfully by being thorough, reliable, honest, and effective.
Cooperation & teamwork Seen as a team player, cooperative, and easily gains the trust & support of others.

Maintain all aspects of shipping and receiving Organize and restock storage areas Monitor inventory Follow safety procedures and guidelines Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment Ability to read schedules, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be gathered, distributed and organized.

Driver's License and clean driving record (required) Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to work independently Those who will live out our core values of Safety, Hustle, and Trust Ability to work later hours in the evening Flexibility in task that are given Understanding that labor work may be asked of you Understanding that you will need to get on roofs, and commercial buildings at times to help crews out Education:
