The Medical Surgical Orthopedics and Pediatrics floor at St.
Francis is a 29-bed unit dedicated to caring for a wide variety of medical surgical patients including but not limited to orthopedic, neurosurgical, gastrointestinal, and oncology.
We have an interdisciplinary team that strives to provide safe and exceptional care to our patients.
Compensation:
Base rate
shift differential Incentives:
$25,000 Sign On Incentive available till June 30th for external hires; Up to $10,000 Education Assistance for student loans Nurse Residency offered for all New Graduates Responsibilities Except to deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active RN license in state of Nebraska or nurse licensure compact.
Basic Life Support(BLS) through American Heart Association Pay Range $28.
75 - $41.
68 /hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
