They perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns, and participate in installing and setting up new equipment.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and working effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

30 AM ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Performs preventive and predictive maintenance as scheduled.
Must become familiar with Advanced diagnostic troubleshooting and complete teardown, rebuild, and remanufacturing of machinery and related systems.
Daily machine checks, lubrication, machine start-up, clean-up changeovers, and adjustments are executed to maintain the most significant operational efficiency.
Maintenance and calibration of micro-processor-based control equipment, general instrumentation, and electrical control systems Read and understand electrical schematic diagrams, industrial three-phase 240V and 480V power distribution, and VFD wiring practices.
Troubleshoot, program, and replace Allen Bradley PLC's equipment.
Performs tests and calibration procedures using test equipment and instrumentation.
Possess a broad general knowledge of welding techniques (i.
e.
, MIG, TIG, Sanitary, Stick, etc.
) and must be able to apply these techniques to various operations within the plant.
Operate various power tools including but not limited to torque wrenches, calipers, and gauges, safely and proficiently.
Maintain continuous improvement and comply with all safety requirements.
Works the hours required by the job in always keeping all equipment ready for operation, even if a breakdown should occur.
Acts as a capable trainer, able to instruct department personnel in the proper use and care of equipment and all phases of the work with minimal personal friction or conflict.
Accurately uses different measuring devices, including tape, calipers, micrometers, scales, gauges, and meters.
Knows and maintains records of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and follows the guidelines closely.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Follow all applicable ISO procedures and recommend system improvements as identified.
Must be capable of keeping accurate records, including completing all required forms.
Propose and implement solutions to enhance equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Ability to use diagnostic equipment and testing tools to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to Weld Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
