Grand Island, NE Grand Island, NE Full-time Full-time $14 - $16 an hour $14 - $16 an hour Mid-Plains Center for Behavioral Healthcare Services is currently seeking a high energy Outpatient Support Staff for our outpatient mental health Clinic.
This is a multi-disciplinary program that focuses on client-centered approaches while establishing client services.
Outpatient Support Staff have flexible scheduling within a 40-hour work week.
Clinic hours are 8am-5pm (Monday through Thursday) and 8am-4pm (Friday).
Outpatient Support Staff serve as the face of Mid-Plains Center, where staff work collaboratively to optimize client wellness and treatment outcomes.
Outpatient Support Staff greet clients upon arrival, schedule clients using an electronic health records (EHR) system, complete intake documents, utilize a multi-line phone system, operate copy/scan/fax equipment, and complete financial transactions.
Outpatient Support Staff demonstrate positive attitudes, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethics, proficiency in working with electronic health record systems, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
