Qualifications:
Physical Therapy Degree from an Accredited University Physical Therapist with either new or experienced background Prefer experience in Acute care and Outpatient settings Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and documentation skills Responsibilities :
Physical therapists are responsible for assessing patients' medical history and mobility issues, creating personalized treatment plans to enhance function and alleviate pain, and employing therapeutic interventions and exercises.
They educate patients on their conditions and self-management, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
Additionally, physical therapists aid patients in rehabilitation and recovery, offer injury prevention guidance, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
They may recommend and teach the use of assistive devices, design home exercise programs, and enhance athletes' physical capabilities in sports settings.
