JOIN OUR TEAM! Inside Sales Support is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, and assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
Inside Sales Support will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, and webinars.
Inside Sales Support will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on their interactions with customers/prospects.

Responsibilities:
Sources new sales opportunities through outbound and/or inbound customer prequalification calls on a daily basis in accordance with standard procedures on every call.
Routes qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative for further development and closure.
Researches customers, identifies key players and generates interest.
Understands customer needs and requirements.
Responds immediately and professionally to customer issues.
Conducts welcome and check-in calls to existing customer base.
Teams with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Performs effective online demos to customers.
Reviews status of delinquent accounts with customers.
Provides bi-daily reviews of decline reports.
Works closely with other departments and external customers to resolve billing issues.
Maintains accurate and organized customer files.
Works with sales managers on timely and accurate end of month reporting.
Assists with annual budgets and forecasting.
Prepares annual reports and retail trade reports.
Communicates with co-workers, management and customers/prospects in a courteous and professional manner.
Utilizes Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
com to research current customers and potential prospects regarding dollars/gallons data.
Attends management and training meetings, as required.
Communicates with locations on a regular basis.
Assists in setup of Pilot, AMBEST, Fleet Select, Direct Bill Fuel and Boss Shop customer programs.

Solid listening and presentation skills.
Must be organized and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, and CRM software such as Salesforce.

Must be able to communicate in English, and Spanish (Optional).

Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
Reporting for work in a timely manner when scheduled.
