nResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA) you would be completing Long Term Care insurance assessments.

nn Must demonstrate good clinical reasoning and judgement as it relates to assessing ADL performance, cognition and home safety.
n Must be comfortable with the use point of care technology when completing assessments.
nnn nEducation and ExperienceoCurrent, unencumbered RN licensure in state of practice.
oMinimum of 2 years of home health experience or 2 years nursing experience in an equivalent area of practice serving the older adult population.
oHas, or be willing to obtain, a professional liability insurance policy.
oCurrent driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
