Customer Service Representative REPORTING TO:
Customer Service Manager JOB PURPOSE:
We are a professional, local, family-owned and operated business that prides ourselves on delivering friendly and courteous customer service as well as highly trained and talented team, and we require an Customer Service Representative with professional experience in driving the achievement of annual sales goals.
You will be responsible for driving all estimating and control systems using the company's in-house estimating systems and other software.
In addition, the Customer Service Representative will have the responsibility of providing procedural support to other functional areas of the organization.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome, greet and service walk-in customers Input work requests into the in-house estimating and control systems in a timely manner Be knowledgeable of services catalogue and recommend products/services to customer Upon completion, follow-up with customers as required for timely order pick-ups Comprehend and be able to communicate Copycat's way of business to customers Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences Resolve escalated client issues regarding design, sales, service, and success Perform other duties as assigned REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL TRAITS Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of great Customer Service Results-driven approach to getting the job done Organized self-starter with meticulous attention to detail Passionate, engaging, professional, and confident Professional and proactive communication Our company is an equal employment opportunity company with a drug free work place.
