Create External and internal repair orders Invoice repair orders, checking parts and additives to ensure accuracy Answer phones and assist walk in customers Pull parts for techs as needed Process warranty for Service Department Process damage & shortage reports Assist in loading of all shop invoices, service pricing and flat rate pricing for customers including special charges Creating estimates for customers should they be requested Monitor work in progress reports to maintain closed Service invoices.
Ordering of all special and related shop tools or machines needed, monitoring and inventory of these items consistently.
Capability of looking up and identifying parts for all brands offered by company Assist in all customer service inquires and complaints Interaction with all field service personnel from brands offered by the company Assist with parts counter sales when needed Assist with parts call/inquires when needed All other duties as directed by management Be a sales person for the service department making calls to current and potential customers Move and organize physical inventory as needed in the warehouse and other locations Protection of company assets Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
