Summary:
As an in-home caregiver, you will provide personalized assistance and care to clients in their homes, helping them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

Key
Responsibilities:
Personal Care:
Assist clients with daily personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Companionship:
Provide companionship to clients, including conversation, reading, and engaging in hobbies.
Meal Preparation:
Plan and prepare meals according to specific dietary needs and preferences.
Medication Reminders:
Remind clients to take their medications as prescribed.
Light Housekeeping:
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dusting, and vacuuming to keep the client's environment clean and safe.
Transportation:
Provide transportation for errands, appointments, and social outings.
Health Monitoring:
Monitor client's health and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse or case manager.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of care provided, including any changes in health, behavior, or needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
Empathetic and patient with excellent communication skills.
Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
