Qualifications:
Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on doing the right thing for the customer no matter what Prior experience in the tire or transportation industry is strongly desired, but not required Relatively clean driving record within the past three years with valid driver's license Excellent customer service and relationship building skills Learning agility with a strong work ethic Competitive base salary Commission of 25% individual gross profit on every sale - unlimited cap on earning potential $70,000-$80,000 per year (base
commission) Weekly payroll Health, dental, and pharmacy insurance through Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield eligible after 60 days Paid vacation time commensurate with experience Holiday pay upon hire Company provided cell phone and vehicle Company provided life insurance with the option to purchase life insurance on your spouse and children 401(k) retirement plan - Bauer Built will match 100% of your contributions up to 7% Pay:
