Come work with us to empower others to have an impactful day! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS Assist the Program Manager with discussions, reviews, and training regarding Shared Living documentation and record retention in Therap and in individual, physical case files.
Complete assigned assessments (assisting the Program Facilitators as needed) to identify individual strengths, needs, safety risks, preferences, and abilities.
Work alongside Habilitation Specialists to receive training and verify competency over all habilitation programs and safety plans.
Train Shared Living Providers and Back-Up Providers to carry out all habilitation programs, safety plans, and corresponding documentation, as instructed, at implementation and as changes occur.
EDUCATION &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field with a minimum of three years of experience in the field of developmental disability service delivery and at least one year leadership or management experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
