Previous retail / grocery store Management experience Required.
Can you:
Assume Store Director's duties in his/her absence.
Follow directives of Store Director, and District Manager.
Provide the best product and service possible.
Maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
Motivate, schedule, and direct subordinates.
Monitor and evaluate associates on a regular basis.
Control and purchase inventory.
Enforce Company policies and procedures.
Interview, hire and direct associates.
Follow Company Safety Standards.
Bending, lifting, and standing required.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must be able to achieve or exceed budget projections in gross profit, sales, & labor percent.
Able to:
Increase sales and profits through proper merchandise and associate management.
Be the model image for the store - set the attitude for both service & operations.
Plan, organize and direct daily store activities.
Effectively manage associates with confidence.
Gain knowledge of all equipment and machinery.
Ensure safe usage, proper storage & cleaning of all machinery.
Provide the best service possible by maintaining a friendly, professional attitude.
Qualifications:
Previous retail store management required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
