Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned properties Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Address and handle tenant concerns in a professional manner Conduct move in and move out inspections of apartment units Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities Skills Proven work experience as property manager Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects Great team player that works well with others Customer focus and bottom line orientation Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills Well organized with excellent time management skills Attention to detail Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
