9 Grand Island, NE Grand Island, NE Full-time Full-time $19 - $23 an hour $19 - $23 an hour 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago The Site/Facilities Construction Coordinator provides administrative and technical support for the Facilities and Tower Construction Team through general clerical, data entry, data tracking, and project-based work including but not limited to scheduling based on information regarding projects.
This is an onsite position working from our Tower Construction facilities in Grand Island, Nebraska.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Create, organize, and maintain project filing system.
Keep project files up to date daily.
Ability to take verbal direction and translate the direction into actionable steps that are quickly documented and circulated to confirm alignment of all parties involved.
Assist with coordination and schedule project meetings with internal crews and third-party contractors.
Prepare memorandums, letters, respond to email communications and other documents as required.
Adding notes to bi-weekly meetings agendas.
Work with warehouse personnel and field personnel remotely to monitor and track the material receiving process to ensure all equipment is properly tracked and reported across/in multiple systems.
Work directly with other departments/internal teams to collect, convey, and enter data into files, forms and systems related to the project.
Complete weekly reports timely and accurately.
Collect schedules from Construction Managers and send out weekly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent communication and organizational skills Must be proactive and take the initiative to acquire new assignments when assigned work is completed Ability to work with and maintain confidential information Ability to manage vendors and coordinate material ordering and deliveries Strong verbal and written communication Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook QuickBase experience a plus Strong work ethic, able to work independently with desire to learn and improve Manage time and complete assigned projects Promote teamwork within the department as well as companywide with a positive, cooperative attitude and willingness to take on additional duties as directed Occasional site visits to gain in-the-field experience and training Education and
Experience:
Must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass all pre-employment checks including Motor Vehicle record, background, and substance screen.
Associates Degree in Administrative Management preferred or relevant experience IND123.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
