The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for all general turnover maintenance of the apartment community. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
Handling resident service requests
Performing preventive maintenance
Preparing vacant apartments for move in
Adhering to all safety policies and procedures
Striving to make the community appearance at or above quality standards at all times, including picking up trash, cleaning buildings and amenities on an ongoing basis.
Experience or training in related fields of work beneficial:
Carpentry
General Maintenance
Plumbing
HVAC Certification
Rotating on-call, vehicle and basic tools required.
Offers are contingent on a background check, pre-employment drug screen and physical.
