Performs regular housekeeping duties/assignments. Leads a team(s) of housekeeping aids on routine assignments and projects. Regularly performs floor maintenance using various type of equipment. Leads a team(s) of housekeeping aids on floor maintenance projects. Actively involved with all aspects of the department's training program. Conducts inspection of work while in progress and upon completion to ensure that all factors are adhered to and all objectives have been met, reporting discrepancies to the supervisor. Ensures that the quality and quantity of work performed meets established standards Work Schedule:
Various tours and shifts, subject to Irregular Tours of Duty which may include Rotating Shifts, nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible as shifts could vary based on departmental needs. Details will be discussed during the interview or at time of selection. Position Description Title/PD#:

Experience:
A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position. Physical Requirements:
The position requires performance of work which involves a great deal of walking , standing, bending, stooping, squatting and working in awkward positions. Climbing of ladders and stairs and use of arms and legs for high cleaning. Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance may be necessary. Pushing of recycle tubs, cleaning carts and heavy trash bins. Working Conditions:
Usually works indoors in areas which normally have adequate heat, light and ventilations. May be exposed to wet/slippery floors surfaces, moving equipment, high and low temperatures, continuous noise and other uncomfortable environmental conditions. May be working in and around bio-hazardous waste, regulated was and sharps containers. May be required to utilize personal protective equipment (PPE).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
