Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Flush Water Systems to include but not limited to toilets, sink fixtures, shower fixtures, water tanks, sprinklers, etc. throughout the facility according to NWI protocol. Take water samples, as required in various areas throughout the facility. Coordinate with certified labs for legionella testing. Take temperature readings at designated sites to insure proper water temperature throughout the facility. Assess proper performance of motors, pumps, heaters, and other mechanical devices for the water system. Remove cross-connections and dead legs found within the facility's water distribution system. Install and inspect backflow prevention devices Prepare and maintain documentation and reports. Devise work solutions, planning, analysis, procurement of materials, selection of tools, interpretation of plans and drawings, etc. Independently utilize and determine the most appropriate and advanced trade methods and practices, trade-specific tools, and trade-specific materials for each job Assist other trades as necessary in support of NWI mission. Experience:
A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position. Your qualifications will first be evaluated against the prescribed screen out element, which usually appears as question 1 in the on-line questionnaire. Those applicants who appear to possess at least the minimal acceptable qualification requirement are considered for further rating; those who do not are rated ineligible and are eliminated. Physical Requirements:
The work requires continual standing, walking, climbing, and bending. Must be physically capable to erect and climb scaffolding and ladders, carry and lift required materials and equipment weighing up to 100lbs., and work in compact areas where it is necessary to sometimes work in cumbersome and uncomfortable positions (stoop, bend, kneel, etc.). Working Conditions:
Work is done inside and outside with dirty, dusty, and greasy conditions. The incumbent is sometimes required to work outside in bad weather and in areas that are noisy. When working with ladders, the incumbent is subject to danger of falling. Incumbent is frequently exposed to dust, dirt, splinters, cuts, bruises, scrapes, fumes, and asbestos. To protect the incumbent from these hazards, protective coveralls, eye protection, gloves, hearing protection and respirators are made available by supervisor.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
